Hopefully after last week you feel a little more able to tap into something enjoyable about mediation. Continuing to expand on making mediation an enjoyable experience today we will try ocean breathing.
Ocean breathing gives us the physical practice of experiencing our breath like the ocean with a calming rise and fall. We can close our eyes imagine our self at the beach and experience the calming effects of the waves.
