Guided Meditations for Parents (Stepping out of Perfectionism)
We can all struggle with perfectionism from time to time. Left unchecked our perfectionism can leave us continually feeling our efforts are not enough or that we are failing. We then may exhaust ourselves trying to reach potentially unreachable expectations. This is a guided mediation to help step out of this destructive loop. We first become more aware of our perfectionism, then we can begin to let it go where possible. Enjoy!
