One of the biggest struggles I have faced as a parent is a regular feeling of guilt when I worry my efforts as a parent are not enough. Below is a mediation to help Moms and Dads with parent guilt. Give yourself a little self-compassion and refill your cup with this mediation in an effort to become more aware of our parent guilt and let it go when we can, knowing we are enough as parents, just as we are today.
