    Meetings: August 25th, September 15, October 20th, November 17th & December 8th

    Start time 10am-11:45pm CST

    Length 1hr 45min

    Limited to 5 participants

Cost $50 per group (paying upfront $250 for all five groups)

In each group, participants will have an opportunity to share a case (sharing video at least once over the 5 months) ask questions, roll play, receive feedback, and support. As well as receiving supervision from myself, you will also gain peer support and collaboration with difficult cases. I have always enjoyed being in supervision groups and learning from my supervisors and peers. I usually gain as much from other cases being discussed as the cases I bring. I am excited to get to provide a safe and encouraging place for other EFT therapists to learn and grow. If you have any questions please email. I look forward to connecting.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN GROUP SUPERVISION

Each group supervision one group member will present a case, showing a short video clip of a couple. We will have a second presenter if time allows. First, I’ll ask the presenter sharing a case, what they hope to gain or need from the group during the supervision session. The presenter will share pertinent background information about the couple, where they feel stuck or would like feedback, and a short clip of the couple if possible. This will be followed by a group discussion. The group intention is to support the presenter. The tone of group sessions is supportive, encouraging, and nonjudgmental. It can be scary and feel very vulnerable to share our work with our peers. My intention is to make the group as safe as possible, providing a positive experience for the presenter.

EQUANIMITY AND INCLUSION IN GROUP SUPERVISION

As a white, cisgender, heterosexual women I recognize I have unearned/unfair privilege. I want to create a welcoming group for all that values and welcomes differences among us. I want to uphold my values of equity and inclusivity. I will note micro aggressions when I observe them. I invite group members to make me aware of micro aggressions, if they choose and feel comfortable, I or others may display with the intention of making the group a safe place for all to learn, grow, take risks, and be vulnerable.
