Rates & Location
Michelle does not accept insurance. For out of network insurance benefits, invoices will be provided upon request. If you have out of network benefits, you may submit the invoice to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. The client will be responsible for payment at time services are rendered. Michelle will not be responsible for reimbursement from insurance companies for out of network benefits.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Health Savings Account Credit Cards
A credit card is requested to hold initial appointment and kept on file in case of late cancellations (24 hour notice required).
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full session rate.
